Information we collect
When you contact us or start a project, we collect the contact details, business information, project brief, and files you choose to provide. We do not ask for social-media passwords.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, prepare and deliver creative work, process orders, keep project records, and communicate about your request.
Files and storage
Small uploaded images and PDFs are stored in private project storage. Large-file links are included in your brief and accessed only for project work. Project files are kept only as long as needed for service, records, and legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion.
Payments
The project form does not collect payment or card details. Payment arrangements are confirmed separately after we agree the project scope. Do not include card details, banking credentials, or passwords in your brief.
Analytics and cookies
We do not enable optional analytics at launch. Security controls may process a hashed network address to limit spam. Authentication uses necessary cookies for the private admin area. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated.
Sharing and deletion
We use service providers for hosting, project storage, payments, and email. Access is limited to operating the service. Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@crestpostdigital.com. Some records may be retained where required for business or legal reasons.
