Terms of service
Our working terms for creative projects and online business services.
Effective date: October 4, 2026.
Scope and payment
Every service starts with a project request. We confirm deliverables, formats, timing, revisions, price, and payment arrangements before work starts. Submitting a brief does not collect payment or book a project. Work outside the agreed scope needs a separate quote.
Websites, accounts, and third-party tools
Website and setup projects are defined in a written proposal. Domain registration, hosting, business email, store, booking, and other platform fees are separate unless expressly included. Customer accounts remain customer-owned; access should be shared through official roles and permissions. Website care and ongoing services require a separate agreed scope and are not automatic subscriptions.
Customer materials
You must provide accurate final text, necessary assets, and permission to use any images, footage, logos, music, or other content you supply. We may decline unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.
Revisions and timing
One revision round is one consolidated set of changes to the agreed direction. A new concept, major scope change, or changes after approval may need a separate quote. Turnaround times are estimates and begin once we receive required materials, direction, and payment. Delays in customer feedback or materials can move the delivery date. Rush work depends on availability and may cost more.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before creative work begins, contact us for a refund review. Once work begins, payment for completed work and committed costs may be retained. We review each request against the agreed scope. Contact us promptly so we can assess the work completed and any applicable payment-provider fees.
Ownership and portfolio use
Ownership of the final approved custom deliverables transfers after full payment, subject to any third-party license terms. Preliminary concepts and editable working files remain with Crestpost Digital unless agreed in writing. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you opt out. Tell us before final delivery if you do not want your completed work shown in our portfolio.
Performance and liability
Creative work does not guarantee sales, reach, followers, or other marketing results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
