Crestpost FollowUp

Choose the problem worth solving.

Start with one point where customer communication takes too much manual effort. A website's appearance alone does not tell us whether you need automation.

Applications to discuss

These are proposed pilot scopes. The actual systems, communication permissions and cancellation rules must support the workflow.

Capture inquiries

Bring an agreed incoming request into a simple lead log, using a supported website form or existing system.

Acknowledge the request

Send an approved acknowledgement and notify the owner. An acknowledgement does not confirm an appointment.

Follow up on estimates

Agree when a reminder is appropriate, how replies stop it, and who handles the next step.

Remind customers about appointments

Use an agreed appointment source, timing and cancellation rule. Integration support is checked first.

Keep the owner informed

Surface requests that need attention, with clear status and a person responsible for the response.

Track the next step

Keep basic lead stages visible so enquiries, consultations, proposals and customers are distinct.

HVAC and plumbing first.

We focus on independently operated businesses in smaller Texas communities. Inquiry acknowledgements, estimate reminders and appointment communication are practical places to investigate.

Check existing capabilities

You may already have suitable features in your job-management or booking software. We check the current process before recommending another tool.

Compatibility comes first

There is no universal integration promise. Provider APIs, plan access, data handling and client approval decide what is feasible. Missed-call text-back is not currently offered.

A better website, when it helps.

Website creation, refreshes and landing pages are optional supporting services. A new website is not required for a compatible FollowUp workflow.
